My Educational and Professional Background

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Practitioner: Carolyn specializes in ACT, helping clients cope with challenges while living fuller lives. She approaches each client with an open mind, striving to understand their unique life experiences.
Individual and Couples Therapy: Carolyn has extensive training in both individual and couples therapy, with a focus on the unique impacts of the family-building process on both partners. She also specializes in helping clients explore and process the grief associated with infertility.

Career in Nonprofit Sector: Worked for many years in the nonprofit sector before deciding to transition into the health and human services field as a professional counselor.
Georgia State University: Obtained a Master’s in Science, graduating from the Clinical Rehabilitation Program.
